We have based the Internet search tips on the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.
We have based the Word tips on Microsoft Word 2003, but variations of the tips should still apply to earlier and later versions of Word.
We have based the e-mail tips on Microsoft Outlook, but the same principles apply to most e-mail applications.
